Please remember that patterns are mailed out to the eMail that is associated with your PayPal account. This eMail address should be updated with paypal if outdated. I can eMail patterns to a different eMail address, but only if specifically requested during the ordering process. Please use the "Note to Seller" option if you need a pattern mailed to an eMail address different from what appears on your PayPal Account.
I have tried my best to be understanding and accommodating to my clients when it comes to re-sending eMails when things have 'happened' out of the client's control. Acts of nature such as lightening, house fires, hard-drive crashes... are, agreed, un-predictable and certainly not anyone's fault.
However, there has been a multitude of people asking me to replace patterns which were purchased last year (2011) and even a few from 2010.
This takes away from valuable designing time.
Effective 8/15/2012, orders will only be re-shipped for up to 6 months or 180 days from the original purchase date. Requests for 'replacement' after 6 months or 180 days from the original purchase date, will not be honored*.
All replacements mailed out, will be the identical eMail with the original pdf made for you at time of purchase. After 180 days these eMails will be deleted from my account and you will have to repurchase the pattern. Please download your pattern from your eMail immediately and store your pdf document with the same care you would take, for any written materials you would want to utilize at a later date.
*Natural Disasters such as "Hurricane Katrina" style events, of course, FDbyK4TT will continue to help you regain your lost items in the face of so much devastation - providing original purchase date or username and your order will be replaced as soon as possible.
