NEWS:

Wow a News Update??  Yeah, I know... it's been pretty rough here.  I've had my good days and my bad days.
The good news is that my doctor thinks my injury is nothing more serious than Cervical Radiculoparhy (or herniated/bulging disc in the neck).  And while it may not be as serious as originally feared, it's still just as painful most days since it is affecting the Radial Nerve of my dominant arm.

But worry not - I do get SOME hooking in between standing at the microwave praying for the rice bag to heat up more quickly and thinking everything is back to normal :)

I am hoping ... HOPING... I can do my "Christmas in July" with some new Christmas Crochet Patterns... and I am still striving to meet my 50 new patterns this year challenge.. but ... it's all just a matter of timing!  If need be, I'll have a "Christmas in September".. lol

As you may have noticed.. THERE WILL BE A FFFG this week!  So make sure you check the page on Wednesday and if you enter, on Friday!

And finally, since my Spring has been pretty much all down time - I will be working this Summer rather than taking Summer Break with my kids.  So we'll be making up for lost time, just as soon as I am all healed up!
(Well, it's not as great a sacrifice as it may sound : 1 graduated High School June 1st - yeah!! and the other has started working at a local establishment, so between work and her leisure activities, she's never home anymore anyways... )

CP62 - Tula the Tulip

Originally meant to be part of a set - Tula was a CAL from a few years ago, so I know some people may have her.  But I never did get around to make her garden friends....
So, since I was beginning to feel guilty at not putting out/up anything new; and with my injury still giving my problems - I figured I would put this out for anyone who wanted to make!
I hope you enjoy!
