WEEK 34: THIS WEEK'S HAPPENINGS

WEEK 34: 13 May through 19 May 2019

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

- Monday, May 13th: Weekly Announcement Update

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

NEWS:

Sadly not much has gone on this past week.  My associates are eagerly awaiting new patterns, but sadly I have been bedridden and unable to work.
I am hoping that it is for not much longer as I have so many new doodles to bring you and even more ideas floating around in my head of what to make next.. but isn't that always the way?

Please do not forget to show some love and share your favorite patterns on Ravelry.com
This is how I decide which project styles need to be continued and which to improve on.  It's not an 'ego' thing, I honestly do look at the 'reactions' when deciding what next to create.
Thank you.

CP61 - Funny Little Puppy (& Liver Cancer Awareness)

RIP my sweet girl ERIS .. 2011 - 2019

Pawprints Left By You

You no longer greet me,
as I walk through the door.
You're not there to make me smile,
to make me laugh anymore.
Life seems quiet without you.
You were far more than a pet.
You were a family member, a friend
a loving soul I'll never forget.
It will take time to heal,
for the silence to go away.
I still listen for you,
and miss you everyday.
You were such a great companion
Constant, Loyal and True.
My heart will always wear,
the pawprints left by you.

WEEK 33: THIS WEEK'S HAPPENINGS

WEEK 33: 6 May through 12 May 2019

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

- Monday, May 6th: Weekly Announcement Update
- Friday, May 10th: New Courtesy Pattern Released - Funny Little Puppy

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

NEWS:

By Friday, May 10th, the Courtesy Pattern for Funny Little Puppy, which includes a Liver Cancer Awareness Bow, will be released.  It's completed and will be sent off to testing tonight, so long as no issues arise, it will be release no later than 10th May.  Which means, it could be released earlier in the week also :)

I forgot to mention, in posting of last week's winners of the FFFG; the unofficial results of what it looks like will be trending this year.  We've had years of odd trenders.. like the Messy Bun Hat and the Mermaid Tail Blankets ....
This year, at least among Doodlers, there seems to be a trend of Unicorns, Sloths and Llamas.  Only one of these have been on my hooks recently and he was released on Friday.

Trying to get back into the swing of things... and I needed something that would make me SMILE.
Now, I personally have no love for this food..  but I have quite a few friends who just love their avocado sandwiches, dips and whatever else this little fruit has to offer.
And for those that love avocados, just the thought of them smiling.. makes me smile.
So, I introduce to you Asher..   Asher the Avocado!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

- Monday, April 29th: Weekly Announcement Update

- Wednesday, May 1st: Facebook Friends Friday Giveaway Announcement
- Friday, May 3rd: Facebook Friends Friday Giveaway Winner(s) Named

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

NEWS:

As you may have noticed from the dates above - we will have a FFFG this week.
As I know the upcoming weeks are going to be hectic!!  I have a senior graduating this year!!  AND preparing for her Senior Prom - so I have no clue what I am going to be able to get done crochet wise after this week!!

I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to those who sent me condolences and warm wishes.  It's been a very hard week.  I have begun work on 2 special remembrances.  One will be a Courtesy Pattern - the other will be a Premium Pattern that many will receive a coupon for to receive it free
.

I will not be available via Internet, including eMail on Sunday, 5 May 2019.  This is my eldest daughter's birthday and she has asked me for some special time together that will take me out of the home and away from devices capable of consistent Internet connection; she calls it "survival mode" - most of us consider it 'hiking'.
